Exhibitor Reservation Forms
Exhibit reservation forms and contract agreements can be found in the 2018-19 Visibility Kit on pages 17-31. You will need to use these forms to register as an exhibitor at the 2019 Convention and Trade Show. Please note: your team members who will attend and staff your booth will also need to register as attendees. Attendee registration will open December 5, 2018.

“The 1% Windfall: How Successful Companies Use Price to Profit and Grow”
and “The Art of Pricing Workshop”
Rafi Mohammed is a pricing strategy expert who has been involved with “pricing issues” for more than 25 years. He is the founder of Culture of Profit, Inc., which consults with businesses to help develop and improve their pricing strategies. He has written two books that share titles with his two scheduled sessions, along with more than 85 digital articles on innovative pricing strategies for publications including the Harvard Business Review. Rafi Mohammed is known for his ability to customize his presentations for individual industries and audiences, addressing the important pricing issues they face. His first session will specifically apply his teachings to the portable sanitation industry, while the workshop that follows will allow attendees to ask follow-up questions specific to their companies. His sessions will offer concrete takeaways for both operators and suppliers.

and “Silent Danger: The Five Crucial Conversations That Drive Safety”
Mark Carpenter is the CEO and founder of Mindset Strategic Leadership. With more than 30 years of business experience, he helps individuals and organizations reach their goals and expand their potential. Known as a “master teacher of communication skills,” his presentations will cover two separate topics related to communicating. First, he will discuss how to turn a conversation with a customer into a completed deal through proper communication. He will then focus on employee safety and how discussing the topic could make all the difference. No matter your side of the industry, these sessions will help your company.
The PSAI Training Committee
“Servicing and Maintaining Portable Sanitation Equipment”
The PSAI Training Committee will be rolling out yet another new course at this event. Building on the subject matter of the long-standing Basic Service Technician Training Course, this new offering will cover:
- operation of pumping equipment including pumping procedures, removing clogs, wash down processes, and safety protocols
- maintenance and repair of portable sanitation equipment in the field including visual inspection, procedures, repair techniques, and determination of change-out
- cleaning procedures for individual restrooms (drop tank, recirculating, freshwater flush, and ADA units), trailers, and specialty equipment
If you’re new to the industry, this course will give you a basic foundation on which you can build. If you’ve been in the field a while, it will serve as a reminder of best practices and give you some industry-specific continuing education hours.
2018 Awards Luncheon
Gather with friends and colleagues as we seat the 2018-2019 PSAI Board of Directors and present our three industry awards. There will also be a slideshow dedicated to all of our volunteers and the hard work they’ve put in over the past year. This luncheon is included in your registration. Join us as we honor outstanding contributions and reflect on a prosperous year.
The Innovation Forum
Trade show exhibitors will take turns at the podium, giving short presentations on the most innovative products that can be found at their booths. A cross between speed dating and the Home Shopping Network, this event will help attendees identify which exhibitors to seek out on the floor. Allow yourself to be blown away by the advancements being made in the portable sanitation industry. Each speaker’s booth number will be on display during their presentation, so be sure to take note!
Friday Night Closing Party
Celebrate another great year with the PSAI and Northwest Cascade-Honey Bucket. On Friday evening, the PSAI will co-host a closing party on the trade show floor with Northwest Cascade-Honey Bucket as they celebrate their 50th anniversary. Grab some food, and dance a little if you feel like it. There will be new activities, grand prize drawings, and announcements of the contest and silent auction winners. Come mingle with friends while enjoying free appetizers and a cash bar.

PSAI’s Annual Golf Outing at Heron Lakes Golf Club

Enjoy a friendly round of gold with your industry colleagues before the convention gets into full swing! Attendees will leave the DoubleTree by Hilton at 11:30 am, warm up, and tee off with a shotgun start at 1:00 pm. There is also a $50,000 hole-in-one prize for the designated hole! There is a cost of $90 per person to participate, which includes green fees, cart fees, and range balls. Lunch is on your own.
PSAI Basic Service Technician Training Course and Certification Exam
Additional forms and registration fees are required to take this course
Join us at 8:00 am on Saturday, March 24 for the Basic Service Technician Training Course and Certification Exam. Taken together, the two are approved for company and staff licensing in several states. The course alone is approved for continuing education in many others.
Training Course: $75 for Members, $98 for nonmembers Certification Exam: $25 for Members; $33 for nonmembers
