Membership Levels & Benefits
We understand that your company is unique. At the PSAI, we don’t impose a “one size fits all” membership fee. Companies have different needs and budgets. It is our goal to provide a package that is right for you so that you can tailor your membership to your needs!
PSAI members are either portable restroom operators — sometimes called PROs — or non-operators such as industry suppliers, manufacturers, brokers and service providers. Both membership categories have five levels to select from when deciding which package is right for your organization.

PSAI Operator Membership
A portable restroom operator (PRO) is any person, firm or corporation in the portable sanitation or site services industry that owns their own equipment and is leasing, renting, or servicing portable sanitation facilities.
We offer flexible, tiered membership options. All member companies have access to the basic benefits bundle noted below. All dues are shown in USD.

Notes on Membership Benefits
Here is some additional information about PSAI membership benefits.
- International members receive an IRD electronically and may pick up a hard copy at PSAI events. The directories are not shipped.
- The purchasing program is US-based. It is not available to members from other countries at this time.
- All platinum and titanium members are automatically recognized for their leadership on the home page of the PSAI website, on signage and from the podium at PSAI events.
- When space for the trade show floor opens for sale, the order of priority for choosing space is members from the titanium, platinum, gold, and silver levels first in that order, and by lot within each tier. The floor is then opened for bronze members. After two weeks, the floor is opened for sale to non-members.
