At the last PSAI Board meeting, the Board of Directors approved budget to hire JJN Media, a digital marketing company, to produce high-quality video of the entire PSAI Basic Service Technician Training series. The videos will excitingly include footage of live demonstrations of the techniques being taught—something we haven’t been able to provide yet at our live courses.

The new video series will be a huge benefit to our members for several reasons. Training will be available on demand. That means no taking drivers off routes to get trained and no waiting for the next virtual or live event to receive your CEs. Plus, new content will be ideal for auditory and visual learners, while also allowing them to complete the training at their own pace. Education continues to be a priority of your association and we look forward to this major step in making basic training easily accessible to our industry.

PSAI aims to debut the new training videos in conjunction with the launch of our new learning management system in early fall.
