Room Block Details

PSAI has secured a special room block for attendees of the 2026 Annual Convention & Trade Show.

Room Rate: $204.00 per night + applicable taxes and fees
Room Block Deadline: Monday, October 12, 2026, or until the block is sold out
Daily Resort Fee: $30.00 per room, per night

Extending Your Stay

Planning to arrive early or stay a little longer? Attendees wishing to extend their stay outside of the official room block dates should contact the hotel directly at 1-386-271-7979 ext. 314 to discuss availability and rates. Please book your room reservation within the room block before calling.

Shuttle Transportation

(Daytona Grande Oceanfront Resort <-> Ocean Center)
The Daytona Grande is approximately 0.4 miles from the Ocean Center (about an 8-minute walk). A free shuttle will run regularly between the hotel and venue throughout the event. Accessible transportation options will be available.

From Daytona Grande Oceanfront Hotel:

From Ocean Center (South Concourse doors on Auditorium Blvd):
departs at :10, :30, :50 past each hour

Airports and Ground Transportation

Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB)

Typically shorter lines, often faster security screening, small-airport convenience

Orlando International Airport (MCO)
75.0 miles
MCO offers more flight options – rent a car and be in Daytona in about an hour

There is no complimentary shuttle from these airport to the hotel. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport. Options are car rentals, shuttle reservation, and rideshare (Uber and Lyft). Shuttles may have to be booked in advance from Orlando to Daytona.

Parking Information

OVERNIGHT VALET PARKING
Overnight Valet Parking is available for $33.00 plus tax per 24-hour period and can be charged directly to the guest’s account. Non-guest parking at $40.00++.

OVERNIGHT SELF-PARKING
Self-Parking is available adjacent to the hotel in our parking garage for $18.00 plus tax per 24-hour period and can be charged directly to the guest’s account. Non-guest parking at $28++.
