Get Your Authorization to Test

In order to become certified through the PSAI you must first acquire an Authorization to Test or an ATT. Once it is determined that you are eligible and you have paid the appropriate fee, you will obtain an ATT number. You will then have up to one year to take the exam. Your ATT will expire one year from the date of approval.

Eligibility criteria for obtaining an ATT include:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to read, speak, and write the English language
  • Physical strength and agility to perform the tasks
  • Commitment to upholding the CPSP Code of Ethics

Please review the CPSP Code of Ethics by clicking here.

To begin the process of applying for an ATT please fill out the form below. Once the PSAI receives the completed form and appropriate fee you will be asked to submit a photocopy of your driver’s license and a signed Attestation Form by a supervisor from your company.

If you are self-employed and have no one to act in the role of supervisor to you, please call the PSAI office for further information. Do not send an Attestation Form at this time.

If you are not self-employed, click the link below to obtain the appropriate Attestation Form:
